The cost and duration of a consultation by a lawyer or advocate depends on the type of application. For clarification, it is better to contact our client-manager via the form on the website, or by writing to our e-mail, or writing to one of the messengers on +48 571 060 077 (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Viber).
Free consultation
Please note that a free consultation is guaranteed for the deletion of a data from INTERPOL databases and only in online format. All face-to-face consultations, including those regarding removal from Interpol databases, are subject to a fee.
The average duration of a free consultation is no more than 30 minutes. During this time our specialist will clarify the necessary details and give all the necessary basic recommendations - what should be done in your case, what typical mistakes should be avoided and what you can count on.
Paid counselling
The cost of counselling depends on the type of counselling and the form of counselling (face-to-face or correspondence). More details about the cost can be found in our Tariffs.
Most counselling is conducted in an online format. The average duration of a counselling session is 40-60 minutes. For online communication with a counsellor you can use any messenger - Skype, Viber, Telegram or any other messenger of your choice. Fill out the form on the website, write an email or call, our employee will contact you and agree on the preferred method of secure communication.
In case of face-to-face counselling with a specialist coming to your country of residence, you will be charged for at least 5 hours of counselling and all expenses related to the arrival and stay of the specialist will be paid separately.
If we undertake to solve your problem, a contract will be concluded with you and all our further work will be paid for. If the decision is beyond our capabilities and competence, we often recommend other more suitable contractors. In some cases, we can advise you on how you can solve the problem yourself.
What we do not work with
We do not deal with stolen cars, VIN database checks and the like.
Also note that our team works only in the legal field and does not provide illegal services. It is useless to turn to us for help if you:
- want to obtain false documents or certificates;
- are looking for ways to cross EU borders illegally;
- are looking for a way to "solve the issue" through bribes;
- want to obtain refugee status even though you are not being persecuted.
In any case, we reserve the right to refuse to conclude the contract and fulfil the services without giving reasons.
